Because we live Rural and no actual postie or courier come over this way, I am required to take your parcels in to town for the courier to collect. Post day are Tuesday & Thursday providing your order comes in by 5pm the day before, as soon as your parcel has been dropped off I will email you tracking details so you know its on its way. For anything Urgent please let me know and I can make special trips to accommodate
We courier all our orders using NZ Post at a Flat rate $6.00 per order (tracked), Free Courier when you spend $50 and over. Please be aware that after orders leave here it is out of our control as to how fast they get to you, also be aware that NZ post doesn't always update their tracking service.
Occasionally packages go missing within our postal system, this is obviously no fault of mine or you. If this does occur, we will lodge a query with NZ post before we resend any replacement. Replacement of lost product is up to my discretion to replace.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately because of the nature of our product we do not accept returns. If a product is damaged on arrival please contact me, sometimes even with the best possible packaging product can still get damaged during transit, this is at no fault of ours or yours, please contact me and we can discuss a solution that suits both of us.
Loyalty Rewards (Artisan/Wildcrafted Soap)
when you purchase 10 soaps from our artisan and/or our wildcrafted range you will receive a stamp for each soap purchased, once this reaches 10 soaps you will receive the 11th one free. An updated copy of your loyalty card will be sent out with each order you place (Sale soap dose not count towards your rewards)

Payment is made at the "check out" point of your order. You have a couple of options using Bank Transfer, eWay or PayPal, these do not require and account and are safe and secure. Payment is processed in "real-time", meaning your details are only captured at that particular time & no details or records kept.
