SHIPPING POLICY

As I am Rural please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email the day before your order is being collected by the courier. We use NZ post. Missing Parcels - as we & you cannot control what happens to a package once shipped, if an order goes missing in the post we will refund you 50% of you total order on the condition you reorder

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we cannot exchange items. If you item is damaged or faulty please get in touch with us and we will organize a replacement.
