Q.  Do I get to know what is in my Subscription Box when I order?

A.  Well...........No, because that is part of the suprise BUT rest assured your box will be amazing!

Q.  Where do the products come from & will i be able to reorder my favourites?

A.  All products in your box will be NZ made, with the main products being WildFlower products along with findings sourced throughout the month from other NZ small business just like us.

Q. Do I have to sign up to any Contratcts?

A.  Oh.... hell no! There is no ongoing obligation to purchase any more boxes other than the ones you want. That said, securing one WildFlower box does not give you automatic procurement of another, you need to purchase each months box as you want them. Just remember, numbers are strictly limited for each box.

Q.  Can i customise my box?

A.  Sorry No

Q.  Can i buy more than 1 box?

A. Definatley, we are happy for you to share the love

Q. What if I don't like the products in the box when I get it, they don't suit me or I have a reaction to them. Can I send them back?

A.  Sorry, no you cannot return individual products. You can always gift products that you don't like or that are not suitable for you. 

Q.  What if I change my mind after I've bought one, can I cancel my order?

No, to ensure the correct amount of product is made and ordered, once you've secured and paid for your box we are unable to issue a refund. 

Q. Do we deliver to Australia?

A. We sure do, just select the Australian Shipping Option at check-out

Q.  How do i order?

A. Simply go to the "Subscription Box" category under the WildFlower Range & click into the current Subscription Box Month, select qty & add to cart, from there if your finished shopping simply check out by following the prompts.............tadahhhhhh, just like that!

Q.  When will my suprise box arrive?

A.  The cut off dates for subscription boxes is the 5th of each month and boxes will be sent on the 12th of each month.  eg: July Subscription needs to be paid by the 5th July and will be sent out on courier on the 12th July  :  August Subscription needs to be paid by the 5th August and will be sent out on courier on the 12th August etc.
